I just purchased a series of extraordinary photo albums compiled by a circus promoter in the 1920s and 30s. They are chock-a-block with great behind-the-scenes pics of performers and their families. I'll get around to posting some of the more unusual shots later, but for now check out these candid views of Edward J. Kelty and his son, E.J. Kelty Jr..
